Ãðîçäü íåáîëüøàÿ è ñðåäíåé âåëè÷èíû (äëèíîé 10Ч13, øèðèíîé 6Ч10 ñì, ñðåäíÿÿ ìàññà 75Ч120 ã), öèëèíäðè÷åñêàÿ, èíîãäà ñ ëîïàñòüþ, î÷åíü ïëîòíàÿ. Íîæêà ãðîçäè êîðîòêàÿ. ßãîäà ìåëêàÿ è ñðåäíåé âåëè÷èíû (äëèíîé 15Ч17, øèðèíîé 14Ч16 ìì, ñðåäíÿÿ ìàññà 100 ÿãîä 130 ã), îêðóãëàÿ è ñëàáî-îâàëüíàÿ, ÷àñòî äåôîðìèðîâàííàÿ, çåëåíîâàòî-áåëàÿ, íà ñîëíöå ïðèîáðåòàåò æåëòîâàòî-ðîçîâûé çàãàð. Ìÿêîòü ñî÷íàÿ, ãàðìîíè÷íîãî âêóñà, ñî ñâîåîáðàçíûì àðîìàòîì è ïðèâêóñîì ïàñëåíà. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü ÿãîä ïðè ñáîðå óðîæàÿ äîñòèãàåò 18,6Ч23,1%, êèñëîòíîñòü 6,4Ч11,1 ã/ë. Îò íà÷àëà ðàñïóñêàíèÿ ïî÷åê äî ñúåìíîé çðåëîñòè ÿãîä âèíîãðàäà ïðîõîäèò 130Ч135 äíåé. Îòëè÷àåòñÿ íèçêîé èëè ñðåäíåé óðîæàéíîñòüþ. Ñîðò Ñîâèíüîí áåëûé ïîðàæàåòñÿ îèäèóìîì è ñåðîé ãíèëüþ, ñðàâíèòåëüíî óñòîé÷èâ ê ìèëäüþ. Íà òÿæåëûõ âëàæíûõ ïî÷âàõ ïðîÿâëÿåòñÿ ñêëîííîñòü ê îñûïàíèþ öâåòêîâ. Åãî ÷àñòî èñïîëüçóþò êàê ñîðò-óëó÷øàòåëü â êóïàæàõ ñ ñîðòàìè Àëèãîòå, Ðèñëèíã è äðóãèìè, ÷òî ïðèäàåò âèíîìàòåðèàëàì òîíêîñòü, ïîëíîòó âêóñà, óñòîé÷èâîñòü àðîìàòà. Èç âèíîãðàäà ãîòîâÿò ñîê, ñòîëîâîå âèíî, ìàòåðèàëû äëÿ øàìïàíñêîãî. Ñîâèíüîí áåëûé ìîæíî ïîòðåáëÿòü â ñâåæåì âèäå. Âèíî ïîëó÷àåòñÿ ñ ÿðêèì àðîìàòîì, ÷ðåçâû÷àéíî ñâåæåå, èìåþùåå íàèëó÷øåå êà÷åñòâî â ìîëîäîì âîçðàñòå.  æàðêîì êëèìàòå âèíîãðàä ìîæåò òåðÿòü õàðàêòåðíûé àðîìàò è êèñëîòíîñòü, ïîýòîìó â áîëüøèíñòâå ðàéîíîâ Êàëèôîðíèè è Àâñòðàëèè âèíî ñëèøêîì òÿæåëîå.

Ñòåïíÿê. Êóñòû âûøå ñðåäíåé ñèëû ðîñòà. Ãðîçäè ñðåäíèå (150Ч220 ã), öèëèíäðî-êîíè÷åñêèå, ïëîòíûå èëè ñðåäíåé ïëîòíîñòè. ßãîäû ñðåäíèå (1,5Ч2 ã), îêðóãëûå, áåëûå ñ òåìíî-áðîíçîâûì çàãàðîì ïðè ïîëíîì ñîçðåâàíèè. Êîæèöà ïëîòíàÿ. Ìÿêîòü ìÿñèñòî-ñî÷íàÿ. Âêóñ ïðèÿòíûé, ãàðìîíè÷íûé. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü 21 % ïðè êèñëîòíîñòè 8,5 ã/ë. Óðîæàéíîñòü âûñîêàÿ (8Ч10 êã ñ êóñòà), ïîñòîÿííàÿ. Ñîðò îáëàäàåò ïîâûøåííîé óñòîé÷èâîñòüþ ê ìèëäüþ, ñåðîé ãíèëè (3Ч3,5 áàëëà) è ìîðîçàì (äî -25 ∞Ñ). Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ïðîäóêöèîííîãî ïåðèîäà 140 äíåé. Ñîçðåâàåò â ñåðåäèíå ñåíòÿáðÿ. Èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ ñîêà, áåëûõ ñòîëîâûõ âèí.

Òàâêâåðè Ìàãàðàíè. Ñèëà ðîñòà êóñòîâ áîëüøàÿ. Ãðîçäè ñðåäíèå (170Ч200 ã), êîíè÷åñêèå, êðûëàòûå, ñðåäíåé ïëîòíîñòè. ßãîäû ñðåäíèå, îêðóãëûå, ÷åðíûå. Êîæèöà òîíêàÿ, ýëàñòè÷íàÿ. Ìÿêîòü ñî÷íàÿ, âêóñ ïðèÿòíûé. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü 18Ч20%, êèñëîòíîñòü 8Ч10 ã/ë. Óðîæàéíîñòü 100Ч 120 ö/ãà. Âûçðåâàíèå ëîçû õîðîøåå. Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ïðîäóêöèîííîãî ïåðèîäà â óñëîâèÿõ Êðûìà ñîñòàâëÿåò 160Ч165 äíåé. Ñîðò îáëàäàåò ïîëåâîé óñòîé÷èâîñòüþ ê ôèëëîêñåðå, ìèëäüþ è ñåðîé ãíèëè. Èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ âûñîêîêà÷åñòâåííûõ ñîêîâ è âèí. Êðàñíûå ñòîëîâûå âèíà îáëàäàþò èíòåíñèâíîé è ñòàáèëüíîé ïðè âûäåðæêå îêðàñêîé. Âêóñ ïðèÿòíûé, ãàðìîíè÷íûé, ñîðòîâîé.

Òèëüòèêóðóê. Áåëûé âèííûé ñîðò ñðåäíåãî ïåðèîäà ñîçðåâàíèÿ. Íàèáîëåå ðàñïðîñòðàíåí íà øàáñêèõ ïåñêàõ Îäåññêîé è íèæíåäíåïðîâñêèõ ïåñêàõ Õåðñîíñêîé îáëàñòåé. Êóñòû ñðåäíåé ñèëû ðîñòà, ëîçà âûçðåâàåò íà 85Ч90%. Óðîæàéíîñòü 80Ч100 ö/ãà. Ïîëó÷àþò òîíêèå, ãàðìîíè÷íûå âèíà âûñîêîãî êà÷åñòâà.

Òðàìèíåð ðîçîâûé. Âûñîêîêà÷åñòâåííûé òåõíè÷åñêèé ñîðò ðàííåãî ñðîêà ñîçðåâàíèÿ, âåãåòàöèîííûé ïåðèîä 130Ч 145 äíåé. Ðîñò êóñòîâ ñðåäíèé, ëîçà âûçðåâàåò õîðîøî. Ãðîçäè íåáîëüøèå, êîíè÷åñêèå, ïëîòíûå, ÿãîäû ìåëêèå, ÿðêî-êðàñíûå ñ ñèëüíûì âîñêîâûì íàëåòîì. Ñîðò âåñüìà ïåðñïåêòèâíûé âî âñåõ âèíîãðàäàðñêèõ ðàéîíàõ Óêðàèíû äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà äåñåðòíûõ âèí.

Ôåñòèâàëüíûé. Êóñòû âûøå ñðåäíåé èëè ñðåäíåé ñèëû ðîñòà. Ãðîçäè íåáîëüøèå (100Ч130 ã), öèëèíäðî-êîíè÷åñêèå è êîíè÷åñêèå, ñðåäíåé ïëîòíîñòè. ßãîäû ñðåäíèå (2,1 ã), îâàëüíûå, ÷åðíûå, ñ ìóñêàòíûì ïðèâêóñîì. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü 18Ч24%, êèñëîòíîñòü 6Ч7 ã/ë. Óñòîé÷èâîñòü ê ìèëäüþ 3 áàëëà. Ìîðîçîñòîéêîñòü -25...-27 ∞Ñ. Ñîçðåâàåò âî 2-é äåêàäå àâãóñòà, íî äëÿ ïîëó÷åíèÿ âèíà óðîæàé ñëåäóåò ïðîäåðæàòü íà êóñòàõ äî íà÷àëà ñåíòÿáðÿ.

Ôåòÿñêà. Îäèí èç íàèáîëåå ðàííèõ òåõíè÷åñêèõ ñîðòîâ, èäóùèõ íà ïðîèçâîäñòâî áåëûõ ñòîëîâûõ âèí. Êóñòû ñðåäíåé ñèëû ðîñòà èëè ñèëüíûå (íà áîãàòûõ ïî÷âàõ), âûçðåâàíèå ëîçû ïîëíîå, öâåòêè îáîåïîëûå, ãðîçäè íåáîëüøèå, öèëèíäðè÷åñêèå, ÿãîäû ìåëêèå, áåëûå ñ çàãàðîì. Óðîæàéíîñòü âûñîêàÿ (80Ч100 ö/ãà è áîëåå). Âñëåäñòâèå ðàííåãî ñðîêà ñîçðåâàíèÿ óñïåâàåò ê ñúåìó íàêîïèòü 26Ч27% ñàõàðà.

Ìÿêîòü ñî÷íàÿ, î÷åíü ïðèÿòíîãî âêóñà, ñ ñèëüíûì ìóñêàòíûì àðîìàòîì. Ñîê áåñöâåòíûé. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü 16Ч 22 %, êèñëîòíîñòü 4Ч6 ã/ë. Óðîæàéíîñòü 105 ö/ãà. Ñïîñîáåí ïëîäîíîñèòü èç ïîáåãîâ, âûðîñøèõ èç ñïÿùèõ ïî÷åê íà ìíîãîëåòíåé äðåâåñèíå. Óñòîé÷èâîñòü ê ìèëäüþ è ñåðîé ãíèëè 3Ч3,5 áàëëà. Ïîðàæàåòñÿ îèäèóìîì, áàêòåðèàëüíûì ðàêîì. Óñòîé÷èâîñòü ê ãðîçäåâîé ëèñòîâåðòêå è ôèëëîêñåðå íèçêàÿ. Ïåðåíîñèò ìîðîçû äî -25 ∞Ñ. Èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà âûñîêîêà÷åñòâåííîãî ñîêà, äåãóñòàöèîííàÿ îöåíêà êîòîðîãî äîñòèãàåò 8,9 áàëëà. Ìàðî÷íîå äåñåðòíîå âèíî ЂÌóñêàò ñòåïíàÿ ðîçàї îòëè÷àåòñÿ âûñîêèì êà÷åñòâîì, ñèëüíî ðàçâèòûìè òîíàìè ðîçû â áóêåòå è âêóñå.

Øàðäîíå. Îäèí èç ðàííèõ âûñîêîêà÷åñòâåííûõ âèííûõ áåëûõ ñîðòîâ. Èñïîëüçóåòñÿ â îñíîâíîì äëÿ ïîëó÷åíèÿ øàìïàíñêèõ è áåëûõ ñòîëîâûõ âèí. Êóñòû ñðåäíåé ñèëû ðîñòà. Ëîçà âûçðåâàåò î÷åíü õîðîøî. Ãðîçäè íåáîëüøèå öèëèíäðè÷åñêèå, ÿãîäû ñðåäíèå, îêðóãëûå, çåëåíîâàòî-áåëûå ñ ðæàâûìè ïÿòíàìè. Óðîæàéíîñòü 50Ч60 ö/ãà.  îòäåëüíûå ãîäû íàáëþäàåòñÿ îñûïàíèå çàâÿçè, ÷òî ñíèæàåò óðîæàé.

Þáèëåéíûé Ìàãàðà÷à. Êóñòû ñèëüíîðîñëûå. Ãðîçäè ñðåäíèå, êîíè÷åñêèå, ðûõëûå. ßãîäû ñðåäíèå, îâàëüíûå, ÷åðíûå. Êîæèöà ïðî÷íàÿ. Ìÿêîòü ìÿñèñòî-ñî÷íàÿ. Âêóñ ïðèÿòíûé, ãàðìîíè÷íûé. Ñàõàðèñòîñòü 21Ч22 %, êèñëîòíîñòü 7Ч8 ã/ë. Óðîæàéíîñòü ÏÎЧ120 ö/ãà. Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ïðîäóêöèîííîãî ïåðèîäà 155Ч160 äíåé. Îáëàäàåò ïîëåâîé óñòîé÷èâîñòüþ ê ôèëëîêñåðå, ìèëäüþ è ñåðîé ãíèëè. Ìîðîçîóñòîé÷èâîñòü äî -21...-22 ∞Ñ. Óðîæàé èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ äèåòè÷åñêèõ ñîêîâ è êðàñíûõ ñòîëîâûõ âèí.

Þðèé Ñêèíñêèé. Êóñòû ñèëüíîðîñëûå. Ãðîçäè ñðåäíèå (170 ã), öèëèíäðî-êîíè÷åñêèå, ïîëóïëîòíûå. ßãîäû ñðåäíèå, îêðóãëûå, ÷åðíûå. Óðîæàéíîñòü âûñîêàÿ (200 ö/ãà). Ñîçðåâàåò â íà÷àëå ñåíòÿáðÿ, íàêàïëèâàÿ 21Ч22% ñàõàðà ïðè êèñëîòíîñòè 8 ã/ë. Íå ïîðàæàåòñÿ ìèëäüþ, îèäèóìîì. Çèìóåò áåç óêðûòèÿ. Ìîæåò èñïîëüçîâàòüñÿ äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà ñóõèõ âèí.
